Appetizer: artichoke parmesan on crostini
Main Course: Winnetka Trio: pan roasted atlantic salmon, broccolini, carrot oil; chinoise salad with Asian dressing; roasted red and golden beet salad with goat cheese, walnuts, wild greens, balsamic
(chicken can be substituted for the salmon).
