Event Description:
Whether you call them patients, clients, members, patrons, guests, donors, or participants – at the end of the day, they are all customers, and we need plenty of them to make our organizations profitable!
We want to help Wilmette business owners reach their sales goals in 2020, so the Chamber is teaming up with the Wilmette Public Library and SCORE to present a workshop entitled, “New Year, MORE Customers.”
During the workshop, a panel of SCORE experts will teach attendees how to a devise a strategy to increase sales in 2020. Topics covered will include: marketing; lead generation; advertising; and networking.
The workshop will take place in the Library’s Auditorium from 7:30 to 9:00 am. A light breakfast will be served.
The event is sponsored by Wintrust/North Shore Community Bank. Admission is free.
