Event Description:
Attendees can enjoy photographs of some of the Great Lakes’ most exquisite wildflowers, presented by itinerant botanist, Glenn Adelson, Director of the Environmental Studies Department at Lake Forest College. Adelson will tell attendees how to enjoy and identify many of these magnificent specimens, where to find them and their role in the ecosystem. This lively talk will include some notable facts and memorable stories about these fascinating and beautiful native plants.
