Cathy will speak about the steps she took to launch The Glenview Grind, her business model, tips and tricks from her journey, any hiccups along the way, things to consider when opening a business and other great advice!
Independent cafe owner, Cathy Schiltz, is proud of her high quality, upscale coffee house that caters to local residents as well as guests traveling through town. Cathy also works to have a major role in the revitalization of downtown Glenview and support job retention in the community.
